These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 100cuxi platform. By creating an account or placing any wager on 100cuxi, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
100cuxi accounts are strictly available to individuals aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited and any such account will be immediately closed with all funds returned.
Each player may hold only one active 100cuxi account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances, regardless of account name or registered method.
100cuxi prohibits collusion, bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, and use of automated betting tools. Violations result in account suspension and recovery of any improperly obtained funds.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. KYC verification is required before first withdrawal. Processing times are published and adhered to.
All bonuses and promotions at 100cuxi are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Terms are published at the point of bonus offer and must be met before withdrawal.
100cuxi provides enforceable deposit limits, loss caps, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in every account and enforced at the platform level without override.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
Headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to any statute or regulation include amendments in force from time to time. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where context permits.
By accessing the 100cuxi platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing any Wager, or claiming any Bonus, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 100cuxi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 100cuxi. It is your responsibility to read these Terms in full and to ensure you understand them before proceeding with registration or any gaming activity on the 100cuxi platform.
100cuxi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file. Amendments take effect 14 days after notification unless circumstances require immediate effect, in which case 100cuxi will provide as much advance notice as reasonably practicable.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 100cuxi platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 100cuxi reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including Bonus Funds and winnings generated through duplicate Accounts.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number, is accurate, complete, and truthful. You must notify 100cuxi promptly if any registered information changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Access to and use of the 100cuxi platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 100cuxi platform complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which you are located. 100cuxi makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction. Accessing 100cuxi from a restricted jurisdiction in violation of applicable local law is done entirely at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100cuxi Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through your Account — including all Wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 100cuxi immediately at [email protected]. 100cuxi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
100cuxi staff will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 100cuxi and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All deposits to and withdrawals from the 100cuxi platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and FPX Online Banking. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. 100cuxi does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider's own terms and fees may apply independently.
100cuxi reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed thresholds set by internal compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the deposit being returned and the Account being reviewed for compliance purposes.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals will, where operationally possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. 100cuxi targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within two hours and VIP Account withdrawals within 30 minutes, subject to verification and volume conditions. These processing targets are not contractual guarantees.
100cuxi is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. 100cuxi reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawal facilities suspended pending investigation. 100cuxi will not be liable for losses arising from delays caused by regulatory compliance obligations.
All Wagers placed on the 100cuxi platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Rules for each game and betting product are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
A Wager is binding and irrevocable once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the 100cuxi system, except in cases where 100cuxi identifies a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration. In the event of a manifest error, 100cuxi reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Players' Accounts at its sole discretion.
In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on 100cuxi's central server, the server record shall be the authoritative record for settlement purposes. 100cuxi's decision on disputed settlements is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.
100cuxi may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses and promotional credits to Players from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, maximum Wager per round during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the point of the bonus offer and take precedence over any general statements in this section.
Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and are used in play only after real-money funds in the Account are exhausted, or in accordance with the specific bonus configuration in place for that promotion. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
100cuxi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, technical exploitation, or violation of these Terms. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other Players to meet wagering requirements, and placing opposing bets to neutralise bonus wagering risk.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 100cuxi platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the 100cuxi platform, including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game interfaces, logos, and trademarks, is the property of 100cuxi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 100cuxi platform without prior written authorisation from 100cuxi. The 100cuxi name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks and may not be used without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100cuxi's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 100cuxi Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
100cuxi is not liable for: loss of profits; loss of data; business interruption; indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; or any claim arising from reliance on information published on the platform. 100cuxi is not liable for service interruptions caused by internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider downtime.
Nothing in these Terms limits 100cuxi's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

100cuxi may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in violation of applicable law. Upon suspension or termination, 100cuxi will investigate the Account and may:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 100cuxi support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within five business days, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.
100cuxi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the 100cuxi platform with a revised Effective Date. Where amendments are material, registered Players will be notified via the email address registered to their Account no fewer than 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where circumstances (including regulatory requirements or the correction of material errors) require immediate amendment.
Your continued use of the 100cuxi platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming authority standards applicable to the 100cuxi platform's operating jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact 100cuxi customer support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. 100cuxi will respond to all formal dispute submissions within five business days and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of receipt of all relevant information from the Player.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body or an independent alternative dispute resolution service operating under internationally recognised gaming authority standards. 100cuxi will cooperate fully with any such process.
